Ca Sander is located in the hills of eastern Lake Garda, just above the town Caprino Veronese. Away from the crowds of tourists, here you will find your cozy retreat to relax and unwind.
Our spacious holiday apartment spans across 100 square metres and with 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers plenty of privacy and space to relax for up to 6 guests.
The small, idyllic garden with its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, invites you to linger.
HAND IN HAND WITH NATURE
In keeping with our philosophy, we mainly use natural materials across our holiday apartment and are always happy to surprise our guests with a delicious treat from our Mediterranean herb and snacking garden.
Our goal is to avoid 100% plastic in the near future and to implement environmentally friendly and autonomous energy concepts. Our vegetable garden will soon be accessible to our guests, so that we can share our appreciation for sustainable cultivation with like-minded people.

ABOUT YOUR STAY
CHECK IN
Check in between 16:00 and 20:00 o'clock. Please confirm your exact time of arrival via phone on the day of check in.
You can reach us under +393473077001. In case of delays you might be able to check in late, however this needs to be confirmed by us beforehand.
CHECK OUT
Before 10:00 o'clock. Please let us know the evening before check-out when you would like to leave, so that we can meet to collect the keys. The house and its inventory must be handed over in good condition.
PARKING
A public car park for all residents is located 50m from Ca Sander. It is possible to drive to the house with a car to load and unload but the driveway is very narrow and a dead end.
FOOD & DRINKS
You have to bring your own food and drinks, including basic food items.
If you wish, we can buy groceries and drinks for you before your arrival. Please email us for more information.
